Simon Schnetzler

Simon Schnetzler graduated at the University of Zurich with the licentiatus iuris (lic.iur.) in 2003. Having spent one year as trainee in a large law firm he then worked at the District Court of Zurich as law clerk and obtained the admission to the Bar in 2007. He then worked for two years in a commercial law firm in Zurich and thereafter with the Department for Real Estate of the Canton of Zurich. In 2011, Simon obtained the degree of Master of Laws from the University of Sydney. Simon Schnetzler is a member of the Zurich Bar Association and the Swiss Bar Association. His areas of practice are primarily commercial and corporate law. He advises on all areas of contract law, including international sales contracts and employment law, and in corporate law, including setting up of and restructuring companies. Other fields of practice include real estate law, litigation and insolvency law. He advises and works in German and English. |
