Rolf Kuhn
|
Rolf Kuhn graduated from the University of Zurich receiving his law degree in 1994. He gained his first professional experience at the District Court in Horgen. He was admitted to the Zurich and all Swiss Bars in 1998. He then worked as a clerk at the Social Insurance Court of the Canton of Zurich and thereafter as an attorney in the legal department of one of the large international Swiss banks. He joined Lutz Rechtsanwälte in 2002 as an associate and became a partner in 2007. In 2003/2004 he complemented his studies in international law at the University of Cape Town, where he obtained an LL.M. in Criminal Justice. During his postgraduate studies he focused in particular on international anti-money laundering legislation. He is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Association. His preferred areas of practice are commercial and corporate, banking and contract law, social insurance law, insolvency and bankruptcy, civil and family law as well as litigation in civil, commercial and administrative matters. |
