Martin Rust
|
Martin Rust studied law at the University of Freiburg i.Üe. and at the Université de Rouen (F). He graduated in 1999 and in 2002 he was admitted to the bar of the Canton of Zug and to practice as a notary public in the Canton of Zug. After one year as legal counsel at the Zurich police department, Martin worked for an international insurance company in the area of professional indemnity insurance and directors & officers liability. In 2007/2008 Martin acquired a master’s degree (LL.M.) in commercial law at the Cardiff University (GB). Afterwards, he gained further professional experience in a law firm in Zurich before he joined Lutz Rechtsanwälte in 2009. Martin is member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Associations. His preferred areas of practice are contract law, corporate and commercial law, liability and insurance law, insolvency and bankruptcy law as well as labour law. He speaks German, English and French. |
