Irène Biber
|
Irène Biber received her Law degree from the University of Zurich in Switzerland in 1986. Having worked for the District Court in Horgen she was admitted to the Bar in the Canton of Zurich in 1990. She gained further professional experience at the Commercial Court of the Canton of Zurich. She then moved into the legal department at Zurich Airport where she held the position of the Deputy General Counsel for several years. Irène had particular involvement in aviation law and the various legal aspects of running an international airport. During this time Irène also spent half a year in London on assignment. Irène joined Lutz Rechtsanwälte 1996 and has become a partner at the beginning of 2008. She has also been appointed as a judge focusing on lease disputes at the District Court in Horgen. Moreover she had acted for several years as a judge at the District Court of Horgen. Irène is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Association. Her preferred areas of practice are general contract law, landlord and tenant law, employment law and inheritance law. |
