Giuseppe Mongiovì

Giuseppe Mongiovì graduated from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) receiving his law degree in 2004. As from 2004 until 2008 he was working as a court clerk at the Cantonal Court of Glarus. In 2007 Giuseppe Mongiovì was admitted to the bar of the Canton of Glarus and all Swiss Bars. Giuseppe joined Lutz Rechtsanwälte in September 2008. Giuseppe is a member of the Zurich and Swiss Bar Association. His preferred areas of practice are contract law, corporate and commercial law as well as civil and commercial litigation. He speaks and advises in German, English and Italian. |
